Do I need a referral?

Most clients do not need a referral to book an appointment.

However, you will need a referral if your treatment is being funded through WorkCover, Motor Vehicle Injury Insurance such as ICWA, DVA, a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan, or another third party.

Please let us know when booking so we can confirm the information and documentation required to process your claim.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Depending on the area being assessed or treated, you may be asked to expose the affected body part, so clothing such as shorts, a singlet, or a loose-fitting top can be helpful.

If you’re coming straight from work, don’t worry we have towels available if needed, and we’ll always ensure your comfort and privacy throughout your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice where possible.

During business hours, please phone the clinic so we can assist you directly. If you’re contacting us outside of business hours, simply reply to your appointment reminder SMS, and we’ll contact you as soon as we’re back in the clinic.

Please note that late cancellations, missed appointments, or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Yes. If your extras cover includes Physiotherapy or Remedial Massage, you can usually claim your rebate on the day of your appointment using HICAPS, so you’ll only need to pay the gap (if applicable).

If you’re unsure what your policy covers or how much you can claim, we recommend contacting your private health insurer before your appointment.

We’re located at 1136 Albany Highway, Bentley WA, within the Arche Health building, directly opposite Bentley Plaza.

There is free on-site parking available, with the main patient car park accessed via John Street.
